AltHR Hive was co-founded by Mindy Honcoop and Marnie Robbins.
AltHR Hive came out of a simple observation: the people closest to organizational friction, the HRBPs, Heads of People, founder-operators…were the ones with the fewest useful tools. Most change frameworks were built in rooms where change didn't happen.
